Abstract

Abstract. A review of the literature and an analysis of cases of infection with pathogens in the microbiological laboratories. The are identified routes of infection disesase that most often infect laboratory worker. To prevent contamination of personnel To prevent cases of infection, it is necessary to give an important role to continuous professional training (refresher courses, retraining). Appropriate microbiological practices and a risk assessment program should be in place for the safe operation of laboratory personnel.
