COMPARATIVE TOXICITY OF PHOSPHORUS THIOTRECHLORIDE WHEN INGESTED WITH WATER AND FOODSTUFFS

Abstract. The article presents the results of acute experiments on the comparative toxicity of thiotrechloride phosphorus when administered to white female rats on water, milk vegetable oil. Average lethal doses, the alimentary-water coefficient, the cumulating index, and the average time of animal death during a single administration of the substance on the corresponding media were calculated following the results of acute experiments. Under the chosen conditions of staging and recording the results of experiments, there are no toxicometrically significant differences in the comparative toxicity of tiotrochloride phosphorus.
